The Battle of Al Khandaq
The Jews of Banu Al Nadhir were very angry with the Muslims for evacuating them out of Madinah. They wanted to take revenge. So, they went to Mecca and met the chiefs of Quraish. Their aim was to stir the people of Mecca to fight the Muslims.

In Mecca, people were unsatisfied with the outcome of the Battle of Uhud. Banu Al Nadhir convinced Quraish to wage a war against Rasulu Allah (saws). They promised Quraish to support them with money and resources. They also went to other Arab tribes and convinced them to join Quraish in their upcoming war with the Muslims.

With the help of Banu Quraidhah, Quraish managed to recruit ten thousand men for the war with the Muslims. They supplied them with huge amounts of food and with vast amounts of feeder for their camels and horses. They equipped the army with the best war equipment of the time.
